I’m not following your enclosed test results.

Without ME2, the control and test vehicles averaged 25.13 and 23.2 MPG, respectively, and WITH ME2, the averages were 21.84 and 23.01 MPG. I fail to grasp how that translates into a 13% increase.

The biggest high mileage scam out there now is ex convict Dennis Lee’s HAFC and PICC program promoted with millions of dollars of advertising including full page ads in popular science. Dennis Lee has been promising super high mileage for 6 years now, but does not allow independent validation – they just ask that you prove it to yourself by sending in a grand. check out my page on this one at

You are wrong about fuel additives. I use Stanadyne in my diesel truck and I get 3% to 4% mileage increase — that’s a FACT.
I work for me & I buy the fuel.
